Gun Fallacies Again

Firstly, apologies for the lack of posts lately. I’ve been busy with work and more importantly, family stuff. This site is not going anywhere, it just has a little bit of quiet time every now and then!

The first item on the agenda concerns the recent attack on London Bridge. The tragic event that unfolded has been used to by pro-gun activists that an armed populace would have been able to resolve the crisis in a far safer way.

Here’s the reality. Guns in the US account for two-thirds of all murders. Mass shootings are, horribly, a matter of routine in the US. Whilst the events that took place on London Bridge were terrible, they are not common. Whether or not anti-control activists care to admit it, countries with gun control measures are safer than the USA.
